Count the movers that they send. They agreed to send 6 people and 2 trucks. Ended up charging me a higher hourly rate for 7 people. I never thought to count the amount of people they sent, but really don't believe it was 7. They need a better check out process where they show you the hours worked and identify any changes to the contract BEFORE they leave. They also charged me for multiple bed bags that they never used and are still in their original packaging on my counter.

Brian and his team were amazing for our move! They were punctual and treated all of our belongings with so much care! They worked fast but very efficiently! 10/10 would recommend and will be using again for any future moves!
