We used Bulldog for a local move including storing our belongs for 5 months.The actual move went pretty well with the exception of one of the movers ramming the front door of the new house so hard that it pulled it off the hinges. Luckily the builder was close by and reattached the front door that day.The storage was a different matter. Several boxes didn't make it from storage to our new house At least one box from the kitchen, from the bar (glassware, not alcohol) and more than one box from the master closet.We notified them of the missing items (some we didn't realize were missing until weeks after the move) and were told they would look for them. We reached out again and were told they were still looking. After a couple of attempts to get a resolution we were basically ghosted by the claims person and didn't receive call backs. None of the missing items were high value or irreplaceable so we wrote this off as a lesson learned. If we have to do this again, we'll use Pods so we have more control over what goes in and what comes back.

I previously used Bulldog Movers for my personal move so when it was time for our Firm to move office space, I knew I had to call Bulldog again.Alexander in the Commercial Division reached out to me immediately to get us scheduled and was extremely helpful when we had an unforeseen delay and needed to push the move by a week.On the day of our move, the team arrived on time and immediately got to work. They handled every item with care, thoughtfully wrapped our printers and artwork, and had our office packed up in about 2 hours.When we arrived at the new space, the team got things unloaded in less than 2 hours despite sort of a long walk from the loading dock and we were able to keep the total move time within the quoted window.Terrance, Shane, William, and LB worked so well together and made what can be a stressful experience relaxed and enjoyable. I especially appreciate the care they took of the items. We did not have a single damaged or missing item.While I hope not to have to move any time soon, when the time comes, rest assured my first call will be to Bulldog Movers.

This company exhibits fair behavior, and they employ qualified professionals. The system is a little confusing, so I recommend asking a lot of questions (which they are happy to answer).
